By placing an order and making payment you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
We are registered with Marin Health Department and as such are legally bound to abide by hygiene standards and regulations. Should we need to cancel your order due to sickness in order to comply with legislation, we will offer a full refund or rescheduled date. Similarly in the case of an unavoidable emergency and we are forced to cancel an order we will offer a full refund or rescheduled date. We will not be held liable for any consequential losses in either case.
If during our delivery your bouquet is damaged in any way every effort will be made to repair or replace the order. If this is not possible you will be refunded the full amount paid but please note, we are not liable for any associated costs. You should ensure your event insurance includes coverage for such losses.
Please handle your bouquet with care! Each bouquet is packaged in a bakery box for protection but we cannot be held responsible for any damage sustained once the bouquet has been collected/delivered and is in your care.
Changes to orders are accepted at our discretion up to 48 hours prior to collection/delivery.
Bouquets cancelled within 48hrs before collection/delivery cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time. Full payment must be received to confirm and secure your order. Prices quoted are on a case by case basis.
If you wish to collect your bouquet, please keep to your appointment time and advise us of any delays/changes.
For deliveries, we will deliver within the specified time window and will notify you in the unlikely event that we cannot deliver during the specified time.
Each bouquet is custom and made to order. There are no artificial additives or preservatives apart from industry standard food colorings and flavorings that may be used.
Please ensure you advise us of any allergies/ intolerances that may affect your order. While the greatest care will be taken please note that our kitchen is not a nut free or gluten free environment.
Due to the perishable nature of cakes and buttercreams, we do not recommend keeping the bouquets longer than 3 days. Do not refrigerate as this will spoil the flavor and texture of your cakes. Store in a cool, dry place.
Each bouquet is made by hand and while we can emulate previous bouquets, colors & styles may vary slightly.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the quality of your cakes, please advise us & retain/return them as soon as possible for a replacement or refund. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued if cakes are not returned.
We cannot make our bouquets for resale at this time. Bouquets cannot be shipped.
